Prevention and support during turnaround - Ad hoc mandate:
- Diagnostics (causes of difficulties, financing needs, measures required and
forecasts)
- Assistance in negotiations with creditors
Audit and support in disputes:
In support of legal counsel and corporate legal advisors (legal disputes, legal
cases, etc.), we bring to bear our skills with figures and internal inspections to
assess degrees of damage, identify and estimate the scale of fraud, monitor
warranty or price review clauses.
Expert advice or assistance in managing companies under
insolvency proceedings:
- Assistance in opening the procedure: assessment of difficulties (backup), of
the state of insolvency, drawing up the declaration of insolvency, assistance in
dealing with the court and official receivers
- Pursuance of insolvency procedures: monthly operations and cash flow forecasts;
monthly reports to the judicial administrator; auditing of receivables
declarations; assistance with the establishment of the backup or recovery plan
- Emergence from the procedure: informing the plan commissioner
Arbitration:
One of our partners may be designated, singly or as a member of a court of
arbitration, to settle disputes.
